All PawMe Co. products are made to order through our reliable print-on-demand service. Production typically requires 3–7 business days, followed by 5–7 business days for standard US shipping. International shipping duration may vary depending on customs and destination.

Shipping costs vary based on order size and location. We offer free standard shipping within the US on orders over $100. Please note that delays caused by weather, customs, or shipping carriers are outside of our control.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Refunds for verified issues are processed within 14 business days after confirmation.
